Adres e-mail jest schowany przed botami — jedno kliknięcie i się pokaże. Pisz na niego w każdej sprawie związanej z danymi. Odpowiadam najpóźniej w 30 dni, zwykle znacznie szybciej. Podaję tu tylko dane niezbędne do identyfikacji firmy i kontaktu; adres korespondencyjny wysyłam na życzenie.
Gdy piszesz przez formularz
Formularz na stronie głównej nie wysyła niczego na mój serwer — otwiera Twój własny program pocztowy z gotową wiadomością. Wysyłasz ją Ty, ze swojej skrzynki. Do mnie trafia to, co wpiszesz: imię, adres e-mail i treść wiadomości.
- Po co: żeby odpowiedzieć i ewentualnie ustalić szczegóły współpracy.
- Podstawa prawna: art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO (działania przed zawarciem umowy) albo lit. f (mój uzasadniony interes — odpowiedź na zapytanie).
- Jak długo: korespondencję trzymam do 3 lat od ostatniej wiadomości. Jeśli dojdzie do współpracy, dokumenty rozliczeniowe zostają 5 lat, bo tak każe prawo podatkowe.
Moja skrzynka stoi na Gmailu (Google Ireland Limited), więc poczta przechodzi przez serwery Google.
Telefon i WhatsApp
Numer i adres e-mail pokazują się dopiero po kliknięciu — to blokada na roboty spamerskie, nie na Ciebie. Klikając WhatsApp przechodzisz do usługi Meta i od tego momentu obowiązują ich zasady, nie moje.
Statystyki odwiedzin i pliki cookies
Przy pierwszej wizycie pytam, czy zgadzasz się na statystyki. Zanim odpowiesz, nie ładuje się żaden skrypt Google i nie zapisuję żadnych cookies — pusto. Klikniesz „Nie zgadzam się"? Zostaje tak na stałe, a strona działa dokładnie tak samo.
Dopiero po zgodzie uruchamiam Google Analytics 4 — żeby wiedzieć, ile osób tu zagląda i które teksty faktycznie czytają. Nie widzę w nim, kim jesteś; dane są zbiorcze. Nie używam reklam, remarketingu ani profilowania, więc reklamowe sygnały Google zostają wyłączone także po Twojej zgodzie.
- Po co: statystyka i ulepszanie strony.
- Podstawa prawna: Twoja zgoda — art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO oraz art. 399 Prawa komunikacji elektronicznej.
- Kto jeszcze to widzi: Google Ireland Limited; dane mogą trafić do USA (Google uczestniczy w Data Privacy Framework).
- Zmiana zdania: przycisk „Ustawienia cookies" w stopce, w każdej chwili. Po wycofaniu zgody kasuję cookies Google z Twojej przeglądarki i wyłączam pomiar.
- Dodatkowo: możesz zablokować Analytics na wszystkich stronach dodatkiem Google albo w ustawieniach przeglądarki.

Dwa ostatnie wpisy nie są cookies i nie wychodzą poza Twoje urządzenie — nie wysyłam ich nigdzie. Innych znaczników na tej stronie nie ma.
Logi serwera
Stronę hostuje dhosting.pl. Serwer — jak każdy serwer na świecie — zapisuje w logach adres IP, czas wejścia i typ przeglądarki. Służy to bezpieczeństwu i diagnostyce awarii (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO). Nie łączę tych logów z żadnymi innymi danymi i nie robię z nich profili.
Czego tutaj nie ma
- pikseli reklamowych (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Ads),
- kont użytkownika, logowania i newslettera,
- profilowania i automatycznego podejmowania decyzji,
- czcionek i skryptów ładowanych z cudzych serwerów — wszystko leży na moim.

Twoje prawa
Możesz w każdej chwili poprosić o: dostęp do swoich danych, ich sprostowanie, usunięcie, ograniczenie przetwarzania, przeniesienie do innego podmiotu, a także wnieść sprzeciw wobec przetwarzania opartego na moim uzasadnionym interesie.
Wystarczy jeden e-mail. Bez formularzy, bez uzasadniania, bez wypełniania czegokolwiek.
Jeśli uznasz, że robię coś źle, masz prawo złożyć skargę do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl). Wolałbym oczywiście, żebyś napisał najpierw do mnie.
Czy musisz podawać dane
Nie. Podanie danych jest w pełni dobrowolne — bez imienia i adresu e-mail po prostu nie będę miał jak odpowiedzieć. Nic innego nie tracisz, strona działa tak samo.
Zmiany
Jeśli coś się zmieni, poprawię ten tekst i zaktualizuję datę na górze. Bez ukrytych aneksów i bez drobnego druku.

Who is responsible for your data
The data controller — the person who decides what happens to your data — is me:

The e-mail address is hidden from bots — one click reveals it. Write to me about anything data-related. I reply within 30 days at the latest, usually much sooner. Only the data needed to identify the business and contact me is listed here; a postal address is available on request.
When you use the contact form
The form on the home page sends nothing to my server — it opens your own e-mail client with the message prefilled. You send it, from your own mailbox. What reaches me is what you typed: your name, e-mail address and the message.
- Why: to reply and, if it comes to that, to work out the details of a project.
- Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering a contract) or (f) (my legitimate interest — answering your enquiry).
- How long: correspondence is kept for up to 3 years from the last message. If we end up working together, accounting records stay for 5 years, because tax law says so.
My mailbox runs on Gmail (Google Ireland Limited), so mail passes through Google's servers.
Phone and WhatsApp
The phone number and e-mail address only appear after a click — that is a block against spam bots, not against you. Clicking WhatsApp takes you to a Meta service, and from that point their rules apply, not mine.
Visit statistics and cookies
On your first visit I ask whether you agree to statistics. Until you answer, no Google script loads and no cookies are stored — nothing. Click "I decline" and it stays that way for good; the site works exactly the same.
Only after consent do I start Google Analytics 4 — to know how many people visit and which texts actually get read. It does not tell me who you are; the data is aggregated. I run no ads, no remarketing and no profiling, so Google's advertising signals stay switched off even after you consent.
- Why: statistics and improving the site.
- Legal basis: your consent — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law.
- Who else sees it: Google Ireland Limited; data may be transferred to the USA (Google participates in the Data Privacy Framework).
- Changing your mind: the "Cookie settings" button in the footer, any time. Withdrawing consent deletes Google's cookies from your browser and switches measurement off.
- On top of that: you can block Analytics everywhere with the Google opt-out add-on or in your browser settings.

The last two are not cookies and never leave your device — I do not send them anywhere. There are no other trackers on this site.
Server logs
The site is hosted by dhosting.pl. The server — like every server on earth — logs IP addresses, timestamps and browser types. This serves security and troubleshooting (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). I do not combine those logs with any other data and I do not build profiles from them.
What is not here
- advertising pixels (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Ads),
- user accounts, logins, newsletters,
- profiling or automated decision-making,
- fonts or scripts loaded from someone else's servers — everything sits on mine.

That is the whole list. Beyond it, data leaves only where the law requires it.
Your rights
At any time you can ask for access to your data, its correction, deletion, restriction of processing, transfer to another provider, and you can object to processing based on my legitimate interest.
One e-mail is enough. No forms, no justification, nothing to fill in.
If you believe I am doing something wrong, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl). I would obviously prefer you write to me first.
Do you have to give your data
No. Providing data is entirely voluntary — without a name and e-mail address I simply have no way to reply. Nothing else is lost; the site works the same.
Changes
If anything changes, I will update this text and the date at the top. No hidden annexes, no small print.
